ANTICOAGULANT DRUG INDUCED SUPRA THERAPEUTIC INR AND ITS MANAGEMENT

The is known posterior circulation stroke left ventricular clot, Cortical venous sinus thrombosis parietal hematoma secondary seizure, ischemic heart disease (IHD) status post Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) to LAD ejection fraction (LVEF) - 30% hyper-homocysteinemia. single stain sputum no other complaints. His routine investigation revealed 9.50 hence admitted treated accordingly. Patients returned normal after appropriate medical management. Patient discharged titrated dose, advised treatment, education adherence counselling.
